| The floorplan is nice.The rooms are decently roomy.However, the bathroom fixtures and the Kitchen fixtures are old and need to be replaced.(They are remodeling the units though.So the appliances and fixtures are becoming nicer.)The cabinetry was was partly made of particle board, so it sometimes had wood flakes flaking.It is not well insulated, so it gets cold in the winter. Some apartments are dark and have bad natural lighting. Although not as ritzy as the newer apts in the area, it's still a nice homey complex.Lots of kids play on the lawn, and families like to barbeque in the open area.Neighbors still say |
